چکیده

Abstract Phase change materials (PCMs) possess remarkable capability to store and release substantial amounts of energy during the processes melting crystallization across a wide temperature range, thus holding great promise in applications related regulation thermal storage. Herein, effectively address PCM leakage enhance conduction, microcapsules with melamine–formaldehyde resin (MF) shell were prepared using situ polymerization Pickering emulsions stabilized by cellulose nanofibrils (CNFs). CNFs selected as stabilizers for reinforcing nanofillers MF shell, owing their excellent emulsifying capability, high mechanical strength, sustainable nature. Paraffin wax (PW) was utilized material. The resulting shells PW core had diameter ranging from 2 4 µm. Results showed that microcapsule core–shell ratio (Micro-2.0) exhibited highest latent heat fusion, measuring approximately 128.40 J/g 120.23 J/g, respectively. encapsulation efficiency Micro-2.0 determined be 79.84%.

The chemicals used for the NPs synthesis are TetraEthylOrthoSilicate (TEOS), l-Arginine, chloride acid 0.1M and ethanol. They were supplied by Aldrich and used as received. High-purity deionized water (18.2 M.cm) was produced using Millipore Milli-Q Gradient system. The synthesis follows the same protocol as in our previous work [1]. It is performed in a 2000 ml reactor thermostated with hot wa...

Dodecenylsuccinic Anhydride Pickering Emulsion Stabilized by Montmorillonite Nanoparticles Modified with Sodium Fluoride

Processing convenience and paper-sizing flexibility frequently require the delivery of alkenylsuccinic anhydride oil as emulsion. The shelf life of the oil is achieved kinetically, in most cases via the addition of surfactants such as cationic starch or a synthetic polymer, which are the subject of increasing scrutiny with regard to their environmental impact. The modification of montmorillonit...
